Judy Leidy, Principal Judy has over twenty years of marketing experience with progressive leadership of projects, staff, and budgets. Prior to founding The Zoelby Group, she spent 18 years with American Express, where she led a range of marketing areas including business development, sales automation, communications, branding and advertising, and Cardmember experience. Prior to her tenure with American Express, she led marketing efforts at a consulting company and an architectural/engineering/interior design firm. Judy is an expert in customer-focused messaging and has been a speaker on the topic at American Marketing Association events as well as executive roundtables. As an independent consultant, her priority is working with clients to go beyond traditional approaches to deliver extremely customer-relevant communications.
